On April 16, 2017, Easter morning, Mary Lou (Mace) Jungman quietly took her last breath on earth and opened her big beautiful brown eyes to the face of the Lord. To those blessed to have known her, she was a living image of grace and God’s love. Led by her undying faith, she was a lady of absolute love, kindness and acceptance. Mary Lou loved her Lord with everything in her, and showered that love to her husband of 53 years, children, grand-children, sisters, extended family and many close friends. She was the matriarch, the rock, and the heart of many. She was an abundance of compassion, understanding, forgiveness and faith.
She was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Mary Mace, grandson Jacob Banks, sister Sally Mace, brother-in-law Leonard Bowdle and nephew Andrew Hayes.
Left to cherish her memory are husband, Carl (Bill) Jungman of Wadsworth, son, William (Pam) Jungman of Wadsworth, Christopher (Kara) Jungman of Manchester, daughter Kelly (Jack) Banks of Wadsworth, grandchildren, McKenna and Peyton Banks, Samuel, Sara Jessie and Danny Jungman; sisters, Charlotte Bowdle, Janet (Ken) Hawkins, Vickie (Robert) Yoder, Terry (James) Hayes, brother-in-law Wayne Jungman and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, nephews and many, many close friends.
Memorial service will be conducted 12:30 pm, Saturday, April 22, 2017, at The Prince of Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3355 Medina Road, Medina, OH 44256. Officiated by Reverend Daniel Haberkost. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 am until time of service.
