Obituary
Anthony “Tony” Joseph Kelley, 56, of Wadsworth, passed away peacefully at his home Friday, March 3, 2023 surrounded by his family after a 6.5 year courageous battle with renal cancer. He was born November 10, 1966 in Akron, Ohio.
Anthony was the owner and operator of Kelley’s Auto Service for 20 years, always lending a hand to those in need and forming lasting friendships. He always sought the opportunity to be on two wheels – whether it was riding a dirt bike, racing a street bike, or traveling on his motorcycle. He traveled the country on his motorcycle several times. Above all, his greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his family and friends.
Anthony is survived by his wife, Karen, of 31 years; daughter, Lindsay (Michael) Rohrbach; son, Jacob; brother, Michael (Vickie) Kelley, and numerous other family members and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Louis M. Kelley; his mother and step-father, Judy and Larry Kline, and his father and mother-in-law, Tom and Marilyn Smith.
The family is forever grateful to his Cleveland Clinic oncology team, Dr. Ornstein, Allison Martin RNCP, Dr. Lagman, Dr. Chao, and their staff.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 6 from 4-7pm at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N Lyman St, Wadsworth, OH 44281.
