Mary Warner Arnold, 98 passed away of natural causes on October 8, 2018 in Wadsworth, Ohio. Blessed with a long, wonderful life, she leaves behind her sister, Martha Zody, her son, Mace Warner, her daughter, Jeanne Warner Wolf, grandson David Wolf, granddaughter, Jennifer D’Amato, and great grandchildren, Kaylen, Matthew, Lucas, and Arianna, in addition to numerous nieces and nephews.
Born in Chicago, IL on March 4, 1920 to the late John and Helen Sidlo, she was the first of four children, including her brother Frank Sidlo, and sisters Helen Schneider, and Martha Zody. Raised during the Great Depression in Cambridge, OH, Mary graduated, married her late husband, Earl Vernon Warner and moved to Washington, DC, while Earl was serving his country in Europe during WWII. Settling first in Coshocton, Ohio shortly after the war, she had two children and devoted the rest of her life and energy to her family. She enjoyed playing Bridge and quilting. To know her was to love her and she will surely be missed those who knew her well.
The family will receive friends 10-11am Saturday Oct. 13, 2018 at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth, Ohio, where services will be officiated by Pastor Donald Ebert at 11am. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.
