Kenneth E. Beeler, Sr., 95, of Wadsworth, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2016. He was born April 29, 1921 in St. Thomas, PA to the late William and Etta Beeler.

Mr. Beeler was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps, was retired from the Bearfoot Sole Company and was a member of Wadsworth VFW Post 1089.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Mary, on July 14, 2009, brothers Glenn W. Beeler, Herman (Thelma) Beeler, Marvin Beeler and sisters Edna (Paul) Dietrich and Hazel (Jim) Blattenberger.

Ken is survived by daughters Eileen Yarbrough, and Janeen (Cortney) Wise, and son Kenneth Jr., all of Wadsworth. There are six grandchildren; Arden Wise, Amy Kaminski, Melissa Marcum, Tammy Sinclair, Dawn Bartram, and Todd Yarbrough, along with 12 great grandchildren; Caitlyn, Tricia, Joshua, Cortney III, Brittany, Jacob, Brandon, Cyle, Kim, Emilee, Alaina, and Molly, brother Donald (Marleen) and sisters-in-law Jean and Edith.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00am Thursday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth with Rev. Daniel Doty officiating. The family will receive friends 6-9 Wednesday and one hour prior to services on Thursday from 10-11am at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
