Carol J. Birman, 68, of Lodi, passed away February 26, 2023. She was born on May 14, 1954 in Cleveland, Ohio.

Carol enjoyed spending time with family and friends, reading, and volunteering at church functions.

She is preceded in death by her father, Emil Voytovich, and her mother, Margaret Thomas.

Carol is survived by her husband, James Birman; daughter, Jacquline Salyers; granddaughters, Briana Salyers and Shyanne Salyers; sister, Gertrude Schneider; son-in-law Ryan Salyers; step-sons, Patrick, Richard and Daniel Birman.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 11am-2pm at Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N Lyman St, Wadsworth OH 44281, where a funeral service is to follow at 2pm with Pastor Robin Hart officiating. Burial at 11:00am on Friday, March 3 at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Please meet at the Welcome Center at the cemetery at 10:45.
