Jeffrey S. Blewitt, 58, of Wadsworth passed away Friday February 19, 2010. He was born December 15, 1951 in Medina to the late Richard and Phyllis Blewitt. Mr. Blewitt was employed at Dominion East Ohio Gas Co. for over 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and being outdoors. He was a talented craftsman having restored his father’s tractor, building a canoe, building a clubhouse for his daughters and cabin in Southern Ohio for deer hunting.
Jeff is survived by his wife Nancy with whom he celebrated 33 years of marriage, two daughters and son in law; Emily and Lenny Girardi and Tracy Blewitt all of Wadsworth, his brother and sister in law Mark and Debbie Blewitt of Copley, sister and brother in law Susie and Rick Higbee of Midlothian, VA and brother in law and sister in law Dan and Esther Miller of Wadsworth and his nephews and nieces Matt, Marissa, Steven, Kelly, Tim and Jason.
The family will receive friends 2-4 & 6-8 PM Tuesday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00PM Wednesday at Grace Lutheran Church 146 High St. Wadsworth with The Rev. Daniel J. Cameron officiating. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
