Janis “Jan” Lynn Booker, 75, of Wadsworth, passed away January 1, 2023. She was born on February 2, 1947 in Akron, Ohio to the late Jack Henry and Marion Gibson.

Jan enjoyed spending time at her cottage on Lake Erie in Conneaut, Ohio. She also loved spending time with family and friends, as well as traveling.

Jan is preceded in death by her parents; son, Robb Lee Booker, and nephew, John Barbetta.

She is survived by her husband, Caryl Lee Booker; daughter, Amy B. (Earl) Kovacs; grand-daughters, Emily and Elizabeth Kovacs; sister, Jacquie (Hobie) Heller; brother, William Gibson; nephew, Scott (Gemma) Sanker; niece, Erin Barbetta, and many grand nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 3-6pm on Wednesday, January 11 at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N Lyman St, Wadsworth, OH 44281.
