Bruce E. Becker, 74, of Wadsworth took his last train ride on July 23, 2017 to meet his Lord and Savior who he just recently rejoiced in knowing personally. He was born August 8, 1942 to the late Darlene and Edwin Becker in Wadsworth, Ohio, where he lived his entire life.

He was a proud Grizzly, supporting his school and community. He loved watching trains with his friends and family, listening to polka music, Canada trips and sharing memories with his family, whom he loved more than life itself.

Preceded in death by grandson, Michael, he is survived by his loving wife of nearly 42 years, Jerri; children, Brenda (Roland) Rivera, Jacqueline Imber, Lisa (John) Sloboda, Brett (Tiffany), and Bart (Cortney); 15 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters, Bonnie, Theresa, and Tracy; and brothers, Tom, Barry, Bill, and Ben.

Family will receive friends Thursday, July 27 from 4-8 pm at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, Wadsworth. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11am at the funeral home with Karen Rule officiating. Burial at Woodlawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Summa or First Christian Church-Wadsworth.
