Stanley “Stan” Buda Jr., 76, of Wadsworth passed away Saturday April 30, 2016. He was born November 21, 1939 in Canton, OH to the late Stanley Sr. & Stella Buda.

Mr. Buda was a member of Wadsworth United Methodist Church, and was a veteran of the United States Air Force where he was a member of President Eisenhower’s crew. He had been employed by Hugh McNeil and was retired as Chairman from Hitchcock, Fleming & Associates, advertising agency.

Stanley was a member of Congress Lake for over 40 years, enjoyed golfing, playing cards and most of all spoiling his granddaughter and watching his grandsons play sports.

Stan is survived by his wife Madalyne “Maggie” with whom he celebrated 52 years of marriage, son and daughter-in-law Steve and Becki Buda of Norton, daughter and son-in-law Susan and Patrick Casey of Wadsworth, grandchildren; Melanie & Jackson Buda, Beau Casey and one sister and brother-in-law Marilyn and Don Stauffer of Iowa.

The family will receive friends 5-8 pm Wednesday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth where funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Thursday.

Private interment will be held at a later time in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
