John R. Case, 49, of Wadsworth passed away Tuesday , June 5, 2012, following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer . He was born on December 24, 1962 in Akron Ohio.
John was a graduate of St. Vincent St. Mary High School Class of 1981, and received his Bachelors Degree from Otterbein University.
He was employed as a claims adjuster for Westfield Insurance Co. and was an avid fisherman. Most of all John was a loving husband, father, son and brother.
John is survived by his beloved wife Roxann with whom he celebrated 18 of years of marriage and two daughters that he adored Katie and Abbie. He is also survived by his parents Robert and Carolyn Case of Akron two sisters and brothers-in-law Lynn and Gregg Bostick and Mary and Brian Amacher all of Akron along with two nephews Derek and Blake and one niece Andrea.
The family will receive friends 5-8 PM Thursday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth.
A memorial service will be held 11 AM Friday Wadsworth United Methodist Church, 195 Broad St., Wadsworth with Pastor Don Ebert officiating.
