Thomas A. Chapman 56, died November 25, 2013.

He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying camping and hunting and was a member of Wadsworth Hunt Club.

Preceded in death by his father Charles and brother Robert, he is survived by his mother Marilyn, daughter Elizabeth (Bob) Weidman; sons LTJG (USN) Bryan (Brittany) and Timothy; granddaughter Madison Weidman; sister Rev. Nancy (Tom) Smith, nephew Derek Smith and niece Nicole Smith.

The Rev. Daniel J. Cammarn will conduct the funeral service Friday 3 PM at Grace Lutheran Church, 146 High Street in Wadsworth, where the family will receive friends from 1-3 PM. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
