Constance “Connie” Wagner Cisar, 63, went home to be with the Lord and her beloved husband, Jim, on September 8th, 2023. She was born September 18th 1959 to Margaret (Eiler) and William “Art” Wagner, both preceding her in death.

Connie is survived by her two daughters, Janelle (Kris) Wertz, and Kelly (Frank) Loucks: grandchildren, Kohyn and Kasen Wertz, Evelyn (deceased), Kyler and James Loucks: one sister, Kim (Terry, deceased), and one brother Ray (Sue) Wagner and numerous nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her faithful dog, Breaker.

Connie was a 1978 graduate of Norton High School. Shortly after graduating, she met Jim and their beautiful love story began. They were married on May 31st, 1980 and shared 40 years of wedded bliss. Connie had many passions, one being a Real Estate agent for her community for over 10 years. Her servant heart led her to be a Girl Scout Leader for her daughter, Kelly.

She will be remembered by many for her generous heart, hosting family holidays, and never turning down an amazon deal.

Connie and Jim spent many years vacationing on Manitoulin Island where they owned a cottage that they enjoyed with their family and friends. Manitoulin Island was where Connie felt at peace, she had just recently returned from a trip at her cottage.

A visitation will be held September 15 from 4 to 8p at Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth, Ohio. Funeral service will be held at 9am September 16 at Hilliard-Rospert funeral Home. Burial to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. There will be a Luncheon following the service.
