Joyce E. Conover, 67, of Wadsworth, died April 22, 2013. She was born September 22, 1945 in Wadsworth to the late Howard and Gladys Lightfoot.

A longtime member of Trinity United Church of Christ, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, playing cards and gambling.

Preceded in death by her step-father John Miller, she is survived by her husband of 27 years, John; children Christy (Demeter) Edgell of Norton, Scott (Sandi) Demeter of Heath, Ohio and Bill (Stacy) Conover of Rittman; grandchildren Ashley Conover and Jacob and Joshua Edgell; brothers Carson Lightfoot, Greg Lightfoot (Chuck Lowstetter), Mike (Susie) Miller; sisters Becky Askew and Lucy Belt and a host of other relatives and close friends.

The family would like to thank the staff and caregivers of Davita Wadsworth Dialysis for their special care of Joyce.

Rev. Daniel Doty will conduct graveside services Thursday 11:30 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Joyce’s name to National Kidney Foundation, 2800 Corporate Exchange Drive, Suite 260, Columbus Ohio, 43231-8617.
