Roger Cottrill, 75, of Wadsworth passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 due to heart and kidney failure.
He was born, August 22, 1942 in Sutton, WV to the late Arlie and Nellie Cottrill.
He worked for the City of Wadsworth Street Department as a Supervisor, retiring in 2005 after 29 1/2 years of service.
He loved fishing on Lake Erie and hunting.
Roger was preceded in death by his brothers Leon & Dolman “Pete” and sister Karen.
Roger will be deeply missed by his wife Rita, daughters: Debbie & Carrie, sons: Troy (Leigh) & Alan, 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren with another on the way and 1 great -great grandchild.
Per his request cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service.
There will be a celebration of his life on Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 1-5pm at American Legion Post #170 in Wadsworth.
