Obituary
Margaret B. Dague, 86, died Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Altercare of Wadsworth surrounded by her family.
She was born to Margaret and Pierce Beazley on July 11, 1925 in Bronxville, NY. She attended Randolph-Macon College and graduated from the University of Virginia receiving a degree in Education in 1948. She met her husband, Bill, at the University of Virginia and was married in the chapel at UVA in 1948. They were married for 53 years, living in Wadsworth, OH, Dallas, TX, and then returning to Wadsworth for their retirement years.
She was a woman of great knowledge and curiosity for life. She was an antique collector, avid reader, seamstress, excellent cook, great golfer, history buff, and enjoyed travelling. Margaret was a member of the Wadsworth First Christian Church, Wadsworth Bud & Bloom Garden Club, Art & History, and the Wadsworth Library Board. She was a founder of the Wadsworth Rittman Hospital Auxiliary and volunteered for many years.
Mrs. Dague is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, William B. and Connie of Wadsworth Township; daughter and son-in-law, Sarah Dague Olaciregui and Javier of Madrid, Spain; grandchildren, Janice (Jerry) Nadeau of Wadsworth, Miren Olaciregui of Brussels, Belgium, Mateo Olaciregui and Karmele Olaciregui of Madrid, Spain, and great-grandchildren, Sophia and Benjamin Nadeau. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, 4 to 7PM at Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth. Memorial service, Thursday at 11:00AM at Wadsworth First Christian Church with Rev. James L. Singleton officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wadsworth First Christian Church, 116 E. Boyer St., Wadsworth, OH 44281 or to HMC Hospice of Medina County, 5075 Windfall Rd, Medina, OH 44256.
