Chrysanthie (Chrysan) Kiriakou-Davis went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ March 31, 2014.
Chrysan was known for her love, helpfulness, hospitality, courtesy and her devotion to family and friends.
She was a loving and helpful wife to Harold Davis for 33 years. Chrysan loved to cook and bake and was known for her generous meals for her family and guests.
Chrysan was a registered nurse having served in that profession for over 30 years at Sharon General Hospital, Sharon, Pennsylvania and as Director of Nursing Services at Grace Hospital in Cleveland where she and Harold first met.
She is survived by her husband Harold; step-children: Tim (Molly) Davis of Wadsworth; Susan (Frank) Mollica of Medina; and, Christopher (Julia) Davis of North Lawrence.
Chrysan also leaves behind nephews and nieces: John (Heather) Kiriakou of Virginia; Manuel (Heather) Kiriakou of California; Tina (Spiro) Moulis of New Hampshire; and Amy Calvert of Pennsylvania. She also has 10 grandnephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by parents, John and Catherine Kiriakou and brother, Cristo (Stella) Kiriakou.
The funeral service will be held Friday 11 AM at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 129 S.Union Street, Akron, Ohio with Fr. Jerry Hall presiding. Burial will be in the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, Ohio.
