Steven Robert Decker, 56, of Wadsworth returned to his heavenly home on October 15, 2016 after a valiant battle with a long illness. His devotion to his family and his firm belief in God supported him in his struggle and ultimately gave him peace. A native of Tennessee, Steve was a devoted employee with a long career with Diebold, Incorporated. He was a loving son, brother, father and grandfather. Steve is survived by his wife, Kim; his sons, Brandon (Rachael) and Brian (Mary Page) Decker; his mother, Joyce Decker; his sisters, Suzi Denzin and Tricia Decker; and his grandchildren, Reagan and Owen Decker. His father, Robert Decker, preceded him in death. The family celebrated his life with a private ceremony on October 17, 2016. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
