Dennis A. Brouse, 69, of Guilford Twp. passed away Wednesday May 29, 2013. He was born October 29, 1943 in Wadsworth to the late Avon and Nancy Brouse. Dennis was a graduate of Wadsworth High School class of 1961 and received his bachelors degree from Kent State University. He was a member of many different bands including: The Mo Ta’s, 8 ft. Clearance, Pegasus, 3/4 Ton Band, Whitehorse and Fast Buck. He also played many private parties and gigs. Dennis was an avid hang glider pilot, enjoyed horseback riding, photography and in his younger days enjoyed participating in motocross.
He is survived by his wife Rosemary Kitts Brouse, son Blake, daughter Michelle Brouse (Anthony) McKee, sister Sandy (Sam) Smith and two grandchildren Michael and Brandon McKee.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:30 am Monday, June 3 at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services from 10:30-11:30 am.
