Patricia Rae (Shannon) DiPolito

Pat DiPolito, 70, passed away on October 5^{th, 2017 at home with her family. She was the wife of Jerry DiPolito. They shared 51 years for marriage together.}

Born in Wadsworth, OH she was born the daughter of Bob and Bonnie Shannon. She graduated from Wadsworth High School in 1966. Pat was a member of Wadsworth United Methodist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, camping, going to breakfast on Wednesday mornings with the breakfast bunch, and meeting with her high school girlfriends each month for dinner. She enjoyed volunteering for Feed the Souls at Marions Closet.

Pat is survived by her husband Jerry, children Mike DiPolito (Tammy), Lisa Coleman (Jeff), grandsons Joey and Mitchell DiPolito, Cole and Joey Hammond-Johnson, sister Pam Farnsworth (Jim), brother Jimmy Shannon (Donna), many nieces and nephews, and best friends Pat and John Weber. She is predeceased by her parents Bob and Bonnie Shannon and Step-Father Sam Kemp.

The family will receive friends 4-7pm Tuesday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth, OH 44281where funeral service will be conducted at 11am Wednesday. Interment will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Wadsworth United Methodist Church or Summa Hospice.
