Charles Eader born July 7, 1927, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on November 17, 2014.

Charlie proudly served in the US Navy, and was a WWII Veteran. He retired from the Summit County Engineer’s Office, was a union man and past President of AFCME 1032. He was a devout member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and active in the youth program. Charlie enjoyed all sports especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s games and events.

He was preceded in death by his son Charles.

Survived by his sons Mark (Mary), Steve (Kathy), John (Nancy) Tom Eader, brother Jess Eader, niece Sally (Logan) Smith, 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and special family friends, The Wagners.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday November 22, at 11:00 am, at St Paul’s Lutheran Church 6462 Ridge Rd (Rte) 94) Sharon Center, OH 44274. With Pastor Judy McGuire officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Funds to be used specifically for the youth group activities.
