Donald Eugene Ebert, 92, of Wadsworth passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017. He was born February 5, 1925 in Wadsworth to the late Lloyd and MaryEbert.
Mr. Ebert was a graduate of Wadsworth High School Class of 1943, proudly served in the U.S. Navy during WWII on the LST 498 and was a retired machinist.
He was preceded in death by his wife Faye Ebert and brothers Bobby and Maynard Ebert.
Donald is survived by his daughters Karen (Jim) Bunnelle of Blue Ridge, GA and Carol Ebert of Wadsworth. He is also survived by two grandsons; Joshua Bunnelle of Seattle, WA and Joseph Bunnelle of Woodstock, GA and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 12-1pm Tuesday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth where a memorial service will be conducted at 1pm. Inurnment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
