Elaine J. Ehasz, 86, a 63 year resident of Wadsworth, passed away Friday, May 20, 2016. She was born on May 11, 1930 in Bellaire, OH to the late Maryland Crawford. Mrs. Ehasz was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church where she played the organ for many years. She was retired from Cornwell Tools and enjoyed gardening .

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, James on May 22, 2006.

Elaine is survived by her daughters and son-in-law: Christine Ehasz of Akron and Dana (Ron) Wyzynski of Kent. There is one grandson David Wyzynski of FL, her brother and sister-in-law Philip (Dolores) Crawford of Elyria, nieces and nephews Kelly Crawford, Karen Williams, Greg Crawford and the sister of Ron Wyzynski, Sister Katherine SSJ-TOSF of Cuyahoga Falls who visited her weekly.

The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls for the loving and compassionate care.

The family will receive friends 6-8pm Monday, May 23, 2016 at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated, 9:30am Tuesday at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 272 Broad St. Wadsworth with Fr. Joseph L. Labak celebrant. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
