Carolyn Flinn, (age 65), passed away after a brief illness on November 22, 2021. Born on February 26, 1956 to Howard and Evonne Flinn, Carolyn lived most of her life in Wadsworth, Ohio.
She loved Jesus and her family, many of whom affectionately referred to her as “Pud.” She loved yard sales and good deals. When she found treasures she always had someone in mind and was eager to pass along her purchases. She made a habit of honking her horn upon any arrival and departure. Carolyn cared deeply for others and was an example of Colossians 3:14: “Above all clothe yourselves with love….”
Carolyn’s love of people led her to care for many family members and friends after her 13 year career at Cornwell Tools.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, sister Cathy Johnson, brothers Gary, Larry, and Jimmy Flinn, and her son Jesse Perkins Sr.
She loved her family deeply and is survived by son Paul (Heidi) Flohr; sister Chrissy (Jerry) Blake; brothers Junior (Linda) and Billy Flinn; grandchildren Naomi Flohr, Jesse Jr. and Jay Perkins, and longtime partner Micheal Moriana, Uncle Gordon Parsons along with many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family will remember Carolyn at a private family funeral and will have a celebration of life at a later date.
