Larry J. Geig, 68, of Copley passed unexpectedly away Tuesday, October 20, 2015. He was born in Akron on June 17, 1947 to the late Gabriel and Pearl Geig.

He served as a medic in the U.S. Army while in Vietnam and was currently employed by Carlson Ambulance Service.

Larry loving fishing and dogs.

He is survived by his sisters: Pearl Meade of Norton, Sue (Dan) Belu of NC and brother Gary (Jan) Geig of SC. Their are several nieces and nephews also surviving.

Graveside service will be conducted 1:30pm Tuesday at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with Military Honors. Please meet at the cemetery information building at 1:15pm.
