Joseph A Griffith, Jr., 59, of Wadsworth went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 15, 2011. He was born on February 2, 1951, in Akron to the late Joseph A. and Gladys H. Griffith. Mr. Griffith was a veteran of both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. He was a very talented computer engineer and photographer. He was extremely generous and would help anyone. He is survived by his wife Charlene, sons Joey Griffith of Akron, Chad and Troy Grindle of Wadsworth; sisters Beatrice (Thomas) Afleck of Georgia, Constance Louthan of Akron and Roberta (Thomas) Taylor of Jeromesville. Graveside services will be conducted 12:30 PM Friday, January 28, 2011 at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to help defray funeral expenses.
