Wadsworth –

Ronald G. Hart, 81 of Wadsworth passed away unexpectedly August 16, 2010. Ron was born June 23, 1929 in Detorit, MI to the late Warren and Emma Hart. Ron graduated from Lincoln Park High School and attended Valparaiso University where he met his wife Jean. Ron served his country as a Sergeant in the United States Army during the Korean conflict. After serving our country, he started his career with C/G Group that lasted for 45 years. Ron was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing, but his most inportant duty was that of being a loving husband to his wife and a father to his two sons. Ron served as president of the Rawiga Country Club in 1974, he worked with the Wadsworth All Sports Booster Club during the 1970’s, served as president of the Wadsworth Band Boosters from 1978-1984, served the community as a councilman from 1979-1982, was active in the Wadsworth Hunt Club and the Medina County Chapter of Ducks Unlimited. Ron’s service to God was also reflected in his daily work with the Milton Presbyterian Church where he served as Trustee and Deacon. Ron was an ordained elder of the Grosse IIe Presbyterian Church when he lived in Grosse Ile, MI. He was a member of Wadsworth Lodge #385 F&AM and a 55 year member of the Masons. Ron was a member of Wadworth Chapter 243 Royal Arch Masons and a member of the Valley of Buffalo Scottish Rite. He was preceded in death by his brother Donald. Ron is survived by his wife Jean (Nojun) of 59 years, sons Ronald II (Kimberly) of Wadsworth and John of Greenacres, FL. Grandchildren, Ronald III, Colleen, and Katherine. The family will receive friends 4-8 PM Friday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth, Ohio Masonic Services at 8:00PM. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00AM Saturday at the Milton Presbyterian Church 250 North St. Rittman with Rev. James E. Watt officiating. Intermant will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
