David Michael Hensal, 53, of Wadsworth died Tuesday May 22, 2014. He was born November 13, 1960.

Dave will be greatly missed by his daughters Kaitlin Marie and Jessica Lee, his mother Sandra, his sister Jennifer, a multitude of aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as his constant companions and beloved Australian sheep dogs, Sheila and Guinevere. Dave is preceded in death by his father, C. David Hensal.

Dave was a 1979 graduate of Wadsworth Senior High and a graduate of the Colorado School of Trades and The University of Akron. He worked as a professional mechanical engineer for several companies in the Akron-Canton area. His love of the outdoors kept him outside hiking and camping with his dogs, forever working on his vintage British cars or VWs, and testing his skills and their muster in vintage car rallies.

The family will receive friends 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth.

A memorial service will be conducted Friday 11 A.M. at First Christian Church, 116 E. Boyer St., Wadsworth with Rev. James L. Singleton officiating.
