Jeffrey Alan Holzworth, 70, died January 27, 2013. He was born August 10, 1942 in Dover, Ohio to the late Glenwood and Thelma Holzworth.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Linda Holzworth; daughter Hilary (Chris) Hassinger of Wadsworth; son Brett (Kirsten) Holzworth of Wadsworth; grandchildren Drew, Hayden, Luke and Reese Hassinger; sister Holly (Larry) Gordon of Avon and brother Brad (Connie) Holzworth of Columbus.

Rev. Daniel Doty will conduct memorial service Friday, February 1st at 11:00 am at Trinity United Church of Christ, 215 High Street in Wadsworth. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
