Marlene R. Ihrig, 73, of Wadsworth, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2015. She was born on March 11, 1942 in East Cleveland to the late Lloyd and Gwendolyn Reasoner. Mrs. Ihrig was a graduate of Andrews School for Girls member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, O.E.S., Wadsworth Eagles #2117 and was retired form the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald.
Marlene is survived by her children: Elaine (Cindy Phelps) Graley of Wadsworth, Lenore (Gary) Gregg of Brunswick, Sharon (Gordon Jr.) Mathies of Mesopotamia, Gerald Jr. (Lori) Ihrig of Lake Milton, Brian (Kristie) Ihrig of Wadsworth and Charlene Blevins of Wadsworth. Marlene was the grandmother to 17, great grandmother of 2, sister of Timothy (Nancy) Reasoner of AZ and was an aunt to many and a friend to all.
The family will receive friends 3-7 Sunday at the Hilliard-Rospert FuneralHome, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11am Monday at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 272 Broad St., Wadsworth.
Interment will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
