Elsie Mae Jenkins, 97, of Wadsworth passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018. She was born January 3, 1921 in New Philadelphia, OH to the late William and Ida May Stocksdale. Mrs. Jenkins was a member of Wadsworth United Methodist Church was retired from Ralph Manufacturing and baked a wonderful cherry pie.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Jenkins in 1986, one brother Eldred Stocksdale and sister Deloris Stover.
Elsie is survived by her daughter Patricia Miller Gonidakis of Wadsworth, four grandsons Michael Miller of Canton, Marc (Lyn) Miller of San Antonio, Eric Miller and Craig Miller both of Wadsworth along with 9 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Thursday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth where funeral services will be conducted at 2:30pm Friday. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
