Marian Leatherman, 67, of Sharon TWP. died Wednesday, December 16, 2009. Born October 21, 1942 in Sutton, WV.
Mrs. Leatherman was a member of Mt. Zwingli United Church of Christ where she was a member of the Chancel Choir, Handbell Choir, worked with the Chancel & Altercare Committee and was active with both the Sunday School and VBS Programs, along with many other committees. She enjoyed crafts, gardening, and bowling. She loved to entertain, most of all she was very devoted to her family.
Marian was preceded in death by her husband Carl on April 8, 2009, one brother Burl Stewart, and one sister Erma Kyer.
She is survived by her son Christopher Leatherman of Connecticut and her siblings; Florence Stewart, Avis Milwicz, Nadean Daniel, Lorena Reed, Steve Stewart, Gerald Stewart, and Olden Stewart.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth with Pastor Keith D. Hejnal officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services from 10-11 AM. Interment Poe Cemetery.
