Charles (Chuck) Mason, 76 passed away peacefully Thursday, May 10, 2012. Born in Akron, Ohio. He was the son of the late Elmer and Ethel Mason.
Chuck is survived by his wife Betty, son Joe Mason, daughter Melissa Mason, and granddaughter Devin Mason. He is also survived by his sister Darlene (Steve) Kiba, brother Ken Mason and many nieces and nephews. He loved his family, friends, and especially his granddaughter Devin.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be conducted at 11:30 AM, Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth where friends will be received one hour prior to the service from 10:30-11:30 AM. Inurnment with military honors will follow immediately at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Summit County Special Olympics, St. Jude’s or the donor’s favorite charity.
