Michaelene "Mickey"
Sarver
Wadsworth

Michaelene “Mickey” Sarver, of Wadsworth, passed away November 12, 2017 after battling ovarian cancer. She was born in Barberton, Ohio on August 22, 1943 to the late Michael and Catherine Goda.

She will be remembered for being kind-hearted, caring, giving, and compassionate; she truly never met a stranger. She loved a clean house and enjoyed preparing dinner for her loved ones, during which family was of the utmost importance. She also enjoyed tending her own vegetable garden. She was known as a supporter, “our loudest cheerleader,” showing up to every game and performance, may it be soccer or band. Her love and support extended greatly to the grandchildren she spoiled and viewed as the “apples of her eye.”

She is survived by her son, Jeff, and daughter, Jodi; granddaughter Chloe, and grandson, Denny; as well as many friends and relatives.

Family will receive friends Friday, Nov. 17 from 6-8pm and Saturday, Nov. 18 from 11am-1pm at Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth. Memorial service will be held Saturday at 1pm at the funeral home. Interment will immediately follow at Clinton Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Magnolia by Sanctuary Health Network, 365 Johnson Road, Wadsworth, Ohio 44281.
