Daena D. Miller, 86, of Wadsworth, passed away Monday, January 2, 2017. She was born September 22, 1930 in Wadsworth to the late Louis and Martha Dreier. Mrs. Miller was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, was a graduate of Wadsworth High School Class of 1948 and was a member of the Wadsworth VFW Aux. and was a former employee of Allen and Hartzell Insurance. She enjoyed keeping her mind sharp by working crossword puzzles and also enjoyed gong to breakfast with her classmates, spending time with her grandchildren and supporting her beloved Cleveland Cavaliers.
She was preceded in death by her husband Perry, two brothers Owen and Loren and two sisters Mabel and Ruth.
Daena is survived by two daughters: Monica Burns of Wadsworth and Christine (Tim) Neal of Wadsworth. There are her granddaughter Gail Jennings, grandsons Timothy, Jerrod and Tyler Neal and one great granddaughter Abbey Jennings also surviving.
The family will receive friends 2-4 & 6-8 pm Friday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth where funeral services will be conducted at 11am Saturday with Pastor Neal Sadler officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
