Janis L. Mravetz, age 75 of Wadsworth passed away on January 7, 2023. She was born in Cleveland, OH on July 2, 1947 to Donald and Phyllis (Sellers) Ackerer. Janis enjoyed teaching horse lessons to others, spending quality time with her husband, Bill, her son Mike and her daughter-in-law, Ambar. She loved animals, her favorite horse BJ, her dog Tubby, and her grand dog Chelsy. She was a beautiful and kind mother and wife who loved her family very much. She will be treasured and remembered by all whose lives she touched.

She is survived by her husband, Bill; her son, Mike and her daughter-in-law, Ambar; her daughter Michelle and her son-in-law, Sean.

Memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 11 AM until time of memorial service at 11:30 AM with Rev. Adam Marquette officiating at Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth, 44281. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
