Richard Musser IV, 32, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on July 9, 2023. He was born in Newark, Ohio on November 11, 1990.

Richard graduated from RVHS in 2010 and served in the Army from 2009 to 2014. He attended Crossroads Assembly of God Church in Creston, Ohio.

Richard enjoyed riding motorcycles, ATVs, playing with his dog Knox, fishing, gaming, and hanging out with family and friends, especially his pride ‘n’ joy,Amelia Mae Musser.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sharon Haywood (Robert), grandfather, James T. Garret and his daughter Navy Rose Musser.

Richard is survived by his mother, Anita Garrett; father, Richard Musser; sisters, Crystal (Conrad) and Neena Moran; daughter, Amelia Mae (Elizabeth Stanley), and his beloved K9 and best friend, Knox.

A celebration of life will be held from 2-6pm on Sunday, July 23, 2023 at the Army Navy Garrison #628, 133 S. 6th St, Coschocton, OH 43812. Burial will be held at 2:30pm on August 18, 2023 at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273.
