Gregory (Greg) Alan Norman Sr., 67, of Wadsworth, Oh passed away on Jan. 22, 2016 after a lengthy illness. Born on Jan. 20, 1949 and raised in Akron, OH, Greg also lived and enjoyed residence with his family in Houston, TX, and El Segundo, CA, before eventually settling in Wadsworth, OH. A veteran of the United States Army, he recently served as president at Jay-Em Aerospace in Cuyahoga Falls, OH and general manager at National Machine Company in Stow, OH. In his free time Greg enjoyed traveling, spending time with his family and grandchildren. He will be forever remembered as a loving, generous husband, father, grandfather, and bottom line his family came first.

Greg is survived by his wife of 42 years Christine (Motzko), sons Greg Jr., Eric (Trish), Ryan (Angie), grandchildren; Jacob, Erica, Karaline, Trenton, Isabelle, brothers Robert (Dawn), Douglas (Joy), sisters Barbara Turner (Neil), Nancy Sidwell and numerous nieces, nephews, and his precious dog Moe.

He was preceded in death by parents Winnie and Delsie Norman, brothers James, and Theodore Norman, and sister Edith Kyle.

The family will receive friends Thursday Jan. 28, 2016 at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth, Oh from 5-8 p.m. Burial will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.
