Amy Podojil, 60, of Wadsworth, passed away February 18, 2021 with her friends by her side. She was born August 4, 1960 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Clifford and Marie Podojil.
Amy was an avid Corvette Club member, equestrian, Musical Dog Sport competitor. She was an accomplished artist and art teacher, AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator, avid marksman, and committed dog mom.
Amy was a successful business woman and a devoted and generous friend.
She is preceded in death by cousin, Janet; brother, Thomas, and dear friend / partner-in-crime, Melody Robinson.
Amy is survived by her dog son, Connor; brother, Raymond (Angela) Podojil, 2 nephews; loving friends, Miki ,Chad, Rachel, Jeromy, Aunty Judy, Eddie (Mary Ann), Karen (Mel), and many other friends and students, both past and current.
Amy has touched many lives in positive ways, sometimes without even knowing. She was generous with her time, and was always there for her friends.
She had a knack of bringing good people together. She will be greatly missed.
Friends will be received 12-1pm Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth, where a service will be held at 1pm. Interment will be at Sharon Center Cemetery.
