Jessie Rhea (Wall) (Mullet) Powers, 101 of Wadsworth passed away May 13, 2012. Born March 25, 1911 in Sharon Center, OH to the late R.D. and Winifred Wall. Jessie was 1 of 11 children, a long time member of Mt. Zwingli United Church of Christ. She enjoyed crafts, gardening, sewing and knitting. She especially enjoyed her flowers. Jessie was preceded in death by her husbands, Kenneth Mullet, Willie Powers, and son Stephen DeForest Mullet. She is survived by her children Betty (Glenn) Jenewein, Elsie Hammond, Alice Jean Coleman, Lois Lee, Clara (James) Spurrier, sister Grace Shanafelt, and 17 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 38 great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Wednesday, May 16th at Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth, where funeral services will be conducted 1:30 PM Thursday. Pastor Keith Hejnal will be officiating. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made to Mt. Zwingli United Church of Christ memorial fund.
