Stephen Matthew (Matt, “Frosty”) Randolph, 41, formerly of Wadsworth passed away Thursday, January 3, 2013. He was born January 6, 1971 in Wadsworth. Matt was a 1989 graduate of Wadsworth High School and a 1994 graduate of Heidleburg University where he was a two-time All-American wrestler and a member of the Excelsior Men’s Society. He was a former employee of the Medina County Sheriff’s office.
Matt was preceded in death by three infant children: Aubrey, Lucas and Brock and his father Robert “Tex” Randolph.
He is survived by Angela Randolph and daughters : Makayla, Kendall and Karsyn, his mother and step-father Sandy and Jim Bauer, brothers: Tim Randolph, Bart (Becky) Randolph and Rex (Holly) Randolph. He is also survived by his nephews: Bart II, Brandon, Tyler, Brett, Brody, his paternal grandmother Mildred Randolph and aunts and uncles: Tom (Donna) Noe, James (Nancy) Noe and Pam Lawson.
The family will receive friends 2-4 & 6-8 PM Tuesday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth where funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am Wednesday. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Robert Randolph Memorial Fund C/O /Wadsworth Youth Wrestling.
