Ruth McMillen, 82, passed on to her heavenly home on Thursday, May 4, 2017.

Ruth’s life was centered on the Bible, her church, family and friends. She graduated from Navarre High School.

Preceded in death were her parents Charles and Mary Braswell, brother Glenn Braswell, sister Virginia Ruby and grandson Jeffrey Scott McMillen. Surviving are husband Samuel McMillen, children Daniel (Nancy) McMillen, Jeff McMillen, Mark (Tina) McMillen, Cheryl McMillen, brother Robert (Lena) Braswell of Indiana; grandchildren, Seth, Cody, Charlotte, Alex and Samuel, Brenna and Arianna.

The family will receive friends Monday 6 to 8 PM at Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman Street in Wadsworth and Tuesday 10 to 11 AM at Freshwater Community Church, 590 Hartman Road in Wadsworth, where funeral service will be held at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
