Rosemary R. Sayre, 72, of Wadsworth, passed away Thursday February 23, 2012. She was born on March 26, 1939 in Wadsworth to the late Elmo and Rose Edwards. Mrs. Sayre was a graduate of Medina High School, was a former employee of the Ohio Match Co. and Stonier’s Jewelry Store. She enjoyed bowling, playing bingo and going to Casinos.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Bobby and Sonny Edwards.
Rosemary is survived by her husband Thomas with whom she would have celebrated 51 years of marriage on April 8, 2012. There are two daughters Joyce Sayre, Doreena (Bryan) Jennings of Barberton, son Tommy (Renee) Sayre of Florida, grandchildren: Michael (Rachelle) Sayre of Rittman, Richard Mantz of Brunswick, Benjamin and Samantha Jennings, Megan and Devin Schwartz, great grandchildren Alyssa, Marissa and Vanessa and one sister Gloria Boyd of Wooster.
The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Monday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth where funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 PM.
