WADSWORTH – Barbara Lee Sievert, 88, died September 18, 2015. She was born May 11, 1927 in Elyria, Ohio to the late Harold and Virginia Stoddard.

A longtime area resident, Barbara was a founding and active member of St. Luke’s Church in Copley. She retired from Revere schools after more than 30 years of dedicated service. Barbara enjoyed her arts and crafts and loved animals.

Preceded in death by her first husband Tom Ernshaw; second husband Gene Sievert and brother Bert Stoddard, she is survived by children Molly (Mark) Eastwood, Craig (Linda) Ernshaw and Scott (Betsy) Ernshaw; step-children Sandy Funk (Kelly Bayne), Lonnie (Mearl) Sawin, Debbie Liddy, Galen (Charlotte) Sievert and Brian Sievert; 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Sunday September 27, 3 to 6 PM at Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman Street in Wadsworth. Memorial service will be held Tuesday September 29, at 7pm, St. Luke’s Church, 3810 Ridgewood Road in Copley. Private inurnment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to St. Luke’s Church.
