Lisa G. Sikes, 50, passed away into the hands of our Lord on June 29, 2014. She was born in Wooster, OH on May 27, 1964 to Grace and Paul Michalosky.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Deborah S. Michalosky and spouse Harry Leedham.

Lisa’s love of riding led her to Alpha Omega Ranch in New Waverly, TX where she worked as a ranch hand breaking horses, hence the nickname “Cowgirl Lisa.” Guitar playing was a natural transition for her and she spent many hours, days, and years jamming with her special friend Eric German.

Left behind to mourn are Eric; her brothers Paul (Deborah L. Millard) Michalosky, VA and Roger; sisters Patricia (David) Golkiewicz, OH, Sandie (Rex) McClure, IL and Beth (Kurt) Mutter, GA; many nieces and nephews; special friends Gayle Calhoun, TX, and ex-husband Rodney Sikes, TX.

A graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery, Wadsworth on Aug. 16 at 11am, Pastor J. Michael Mancari officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Aultman Hospice & Palliative Care Center, 2821 Woodlawn Ave. NW, Canton, OH, 44708.
