Robin Sisson, 70 of Wadsworth, went home to be with the Lord October 6, 2017. Born Nov 14, 1946 in Redlands, California to the late Riley and Marjory Salmons. She is the beloved mother of Stephanie (Michael) Cornell, Chuck Sisson and Rachel Sisson. Loving grandmother of Erika and Renee Davis; Matthew and Sarah Sisson. Sweet sister of Riley (Karen) Salmons and caring sister-in-law of Frank (Donna) Fletcher, Beatrice Fletcher and Carolyn Alexoff. Robin loved her family dearly. She enjoyed gardening, singing, reading God’s Word, watching James Bond movies and the Cleveland Indians. Robin’s first marriage was to Fred Fletcher, who passed in 1977. After his passing Robin married Charlie Sisson, who since passed in 2015. She is also preceded in death by her son Andy Fletcher and step-son Matt Sisson. Robin will be missed dearly by many family and friends, especially her best friend Frances DeLong and family. Robin and Fred accepted Christ as their Savior together at their kitchen table when Pastor John Powell of Reimer Road Baptist Church visited them many years ago. If you would like to accept Christ and see your loved ones again in Heaven, Romans 10:9 says: “If you declare with your mouth “Jesus is Lord” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Funeral service will be conducted 2pm Saturday, Oct 14 at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N Lyman St, Wadsworth, Ohio. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service 1 – 2 pm. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. The family would like to thank FairHope Hospice for their love and compassion.
