Richard Dean Stewart Sr., 81, of Medina passed away Friday, February 9, 2018. He was born November 1, 1936 in Marietta, OH to the late John R. and Teresa Stewart.
Mr. Stewart enjoyed genealogy, nature walks, fishing and bonsai trees.
He was preceded in death by his wife Bernice and brother John Kenneth Stewart.
Richard is survived by his son and daughter in law Richard Dean Jr. and Debbie Stewart of FL, daughter Rachel Stewart of Medina, sons: Michael David Stewart, Clarence & James Cummings and daughters Angel and Lucy Cummings, and brother Robert Stewart of Medina.There are his grandchildren: Natalie Sampson, Nicole Marie Brown, Brandon Richard Stewart, Gabby Bunch, Peach Scott, Sindel Scott along with 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 5pm Wednesday at the Hilliard-Rospert Event Center, 133 W. Boyer St. Wadsworth. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service from 4-5pm.
