Mary Elizabeth Taylor – February 12, 1923 to May 21, 2021

Mary Elizabeth Taylor, age 98, loving wife, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt went to be with the Lord on May 21, 2021. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Guy, of 61 years; her parents, Fred and Maude Bahl; seven brothers and sisters; niece Linda Krausmann, and nephew Stan Taylor. Surviving are daughters, Cindy Taylor, Rebecca (Walter) Mullett, and Lynne (Paul) King; grandchildren, Tom Noe, Judd (Xuan) Taylor, Jon King, Andy (Laura ) King, Tracy Noe, Treux Noe; twin great-grandsons, P.J. and J.D. King; and many nieces and nephews.

Mary was born in Kent, Ohio where she lived with her parents until she married in 1946. She was a faithful servant of Sacred Heart Parish in Wadsworth, Ohio and sang in their church choir. She worked for the Bell Telephone Company as a telephone operator. She was a volunteer for Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital for many years. Mary was an avid reader and gardener, planting beautiful flowers surrounding every home in her long life. She was a soft-spoken gentle woman who deeply cared for her family. Mary was also a loving caregiver to her husband in their later years. She will be missed by many.

Mary was a resident at The Inn at CoalRidge in Wadsworth, Ohio for the past seven years where the staff took excellent care of her.

A private family burial will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
