William “Bill” Teresko, 92, of Hinckley passed away on Sunday December 21, 2014. He was born on November 7, 1922 in Cleveland to the late Alex and Anastazia Teresko. Mr. Teresko was a sailor in the U.S. Navy during World War II and later was a member of the Civilian Conservation Corps. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, gardening and was an avid outdoorsman.
Bill was preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary, son William, brothers Alex, Simon, Steve, John and sister Sophie.
He was the dear father of Ann Marie (Jerry) Brobst of Hinckley, Alexander (Tracee) Teresko of Wadsworth and the loving grandfather of Matthew Brobst, Nicholas Teresko and Victoria Teresko and was the brother of Rose Kazik and the uncle of many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 4-8 pm Friday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00PM Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 6462 Ridge Rd., Sharon Center with Pastor Judy McGuire officiating. Interment will be in Sharon Cemetery.
