Cheryl E. Trillet (nee Miller), 54, of Wadsworth went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, September 27, 2011, after a courageous battle with brain cancer. During that time she was always gracious, kind and loving. She was born on December 20, 1956 in Canton, OH.
Cheryl was a graduate of Perry High School and received her Bachelors Degree from Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, TN. She leaves many cherished friends at The Chapel in Akron where she was a member for 14 years and was involved in the Partners in Christ Sunday School Class she was also a member of Grace Church in Norton where she a member for 11 years and was active with the Youth Ministry for 10 of those years. She was a freelance photographer and writer for the Wadsworth Trading Post. Together with her husband Ray, they were former house parents for Shelter Care, Inc. She loved the sun, the beach, horses, music, a good party and yes of course taking pictures.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her grandparents and two aunts, who she was very close to.
She is survived by her husband Ray with whom she celebrated 30 years of marriage, and their children Justin, Jesse, Jenna, Joshua and Joy all of Wadsworth, and her parents Eugene and Joyce Miller of Wadsworth. Cheryl is also survived by her three brothers and sisters in law Rodney and Tina Miller of Minerva, OH, David and Lora Miller of Chattanooga, TN, Tim and Connie Miller of Ringgold. GA and many loving nieces and nephews. She loved her husband and children relentlessly.
The family will receive friends 2-7 PM Sunday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Monday at Freshwater Community Church, 185 Humbolt Ave. Wadsworth. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
