Dorothy L. (“Dot”) Ulichney, passed away peacefully at home in the presence of her family on Feb. 2, 2016.

Dot was born March 14, 1930 in Hecla, PA to Stephen and Mary Lesho. She married James Ulichney on July 4, 1953 in Akron, Ohio, and resided in Wadsworth all of her adult life. Dot’s passions were cooking, homemaking and giving herself and time to others.

Preceded in death by her daughter, Christine Schondel and sisters Veronica, Maryanne, and Regina, she is survived by her husband James, sons, James (Dorathy) and Neil (Tanja) Ulichney, daughter Beth Hevener (Jim Davis), grandchildren, Andrew (Rebecca), Tara (Jason), Julia, Alison (Donnie), Karissa (Jared), Laura, and Tyler, great grandchildren, Nathan, Travis, and Juliana, and brothers Joseph (Norma) and Emory (Marjorie) Lesho.

Calling hours will be Sunday Feb. 7, 2016 from 12-3pm at Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth, OH. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11am Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 272 Broad St. Wadsworth, OH. Interment will immediately follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Seville, OH.
